Our foodbank café is the heart of Longridge. Expect a safe, non-judgemental space where you can sit back with a fresh coffee, tea, or a hot toastie. Whether you want a quiet corner to decompress or a friendly chat with our volunteers, the kettle is always on.
Nutritious food parcels
If you are struggling to fill the cupboards, we are here to help. You can collect a thoughtfully prepared food bag designed to provide essential nourishment for you and your family. No fuss, just straightforward support when you need it most.
A helping hand to other services
Sometimes food is only part of the puzzle. We can provide a direct bridge to wrap-around care, connecting you with experts in housing, wellbeing, and financial advice.
Community connections
Our volunteers are locals who know Longridge inside out. If you need to know what’s happening in the area or where to find specific local groups, just ask. We’re here to help you reconnect with your community and find the information you need.
Welcome to the Community Foodbank at Longridge
Restoring dignity, regaining control, and helping you move forward.
We are more than a foodbank; we are a safe, confidential space built on support and connection. Supported by Churches Together and the immense kindness of our local community, our team of 30+ volunteers is here to ensure no one in Longridge has to face a difficult time alone. Churches Together in Longridge and District (CTLD) is made up of St Paul’s & St Lawrence’s, Christ Church, Alston Lane Catholic Church, St. Wilfrid’s and Inglewhite Church. The Churches are all drop off stations for donations.
Need support?
Your privacy and dignity are our priority. Our service is 100% confidential and non-judgemental.
While we typically encourage referrals from professionals (such as your GP, school, or social services), you will never be turned away if you do not have one. If you are in need of help, please simply reach out to us or stop by.
